Seaboard's Hugo facility is a full-service 63-acre repair and cleaning facility. Located on the Texas-Oklahoma border, Hugo services both the Gulf Coast and Central Plains regions. The Hugo facility has five Class I interchanges to the Union Pacific, Burlington Northern and Kansas City Southern railroads via the KRR Shortline. This facility is capable of servicing up to 130-140 cars per month, storing approximately 235 cars and performing all major work including:

• Full-service cleaning
• Flaring
• HM201, Rule 88 and SS-3 qualification and inspections
• Wreck repair
• Comprehensive paint and linings
• Grit and sand blasting
• All welding types (carbon, stainless and aluminum)
