Railcar cleaning
Seaboard handles all railcar types—tank, hopper and freight—and all categories of commodities including gases, liquids, semi-solids and solids. We can clean railcars that have contained Poison Inhalation Hazard, toxic, flammable, corrosive and reactive commodities. We also provide on-site wastewater treatment and used oil recycling. Look to us for general service cleaning as well as high-pressure cleaning and nitrogen blanketing and purging.
Railcar repair
Seaboard has the technical expertise to do it all—from general inspections and standard interchange repairs to sophisticated compliance testing and qualifications work. We do HM201, Rule 88 and stub sill compliance testing and M1002, M1003, Class C, Class G and tank car certifications. Railcar coatings
Seaboard is known for providing the highest attention to detail in coating application to prevent corrosion and ensure purity. Our interior and exterior capabilities include blasting, painting, stenciling, paint inspection and oil wipe down. We offer all types of lining application and inspection to protect your tank and product.
Mobile services
Seaboard recognizes that field repairs are sometimes the best solution to optimizing days in service. That’s why we offer mobile cleaning and repair capabilities for North Texas and Southern Oklahoma from our Hugo, Oklahoma site, and portions of North and South Carolina from our Hamlet, North Carolina site. We can also provide full-time staffing on a contractual basis inside your facility to perform routine inspections, repairs and other services.
